Reader Thoughts: Lucid Dreaming

Have you ever just woken from a dream to only feel like you were still in the dream yet able to direct how things we going to happen? This is lucid dreaming, the study of which has been conducted for a very long time. In fact the neurological community has been in the study of lucid dreaming for many years, bringing it into scientific focus and out of a more speculative world.What sparked this was a comment on my post about dreaming and interpretation by Lexi Sundell of Energies of Creation. Lexi brings to my attention a recent interview she conducted with Erin Pavlina, one of my favorite and most respected bloggers and spiritual people.Erin is extremely versed in lucid dreaming and Lexi’s interview was excellent, I urge you to check it out.My question to you the readers are what do you think of Lucid Dreaming? Have you tried it? What did you get out of it? Why interrupt that which the subconscious needs to process things?
